May 9, 2010	The American Gem Society International Board of Directors elected Laura Stanley, CGA of Stanley Jewelers-Gemologists in North Little Rock to sit on the American Gem Society’s International Board of Directors and chair the International Guilds Council.
August 27, 2010	Laura V. Stanley is the winner of Retailer of the Year for 2010. Arkansas Jewelers Association chooses one retailer and one traveling salesperson each year to be honored. Robert G. Carroll of Jewelers Mutual Insurance was awarded Traveler of the Year.
June 1, 2011	Laura V. Stanley, CGA, Vice President, Certified Gemologist, Stanley Jewelers Gemologist for being one of Soireé’s 2011 Women to Watch! I love going to work in beautiful historic Park Hill every day. Our workdays are focused on helping our clients and friends celebrate the joyous occasions in their lives. We focus on our customers and community by offering fine diamond and jewelry selections, buying and selling estate and vintage jewelry, and by providing repair/restoration services. We like to exceed expectations and make friends with our clients. Selling beautiful jewelry in the process is a bonus!
